PÁREO RESTAURANT
With an amazing view to the Gávea Rock, the Christ the Redeemer and horse racing tracks, Páreo has an extensive menu signed by the chef Marcones Deus, that includes premium meat cuts made in an authentic argentinian grill; handmade pastas; japanese dishes and original cocktails.
Our menu explores the variety of flavors present in brazilian cuisine, as well as pizzas cooked in our wood oven; and different options of japanese dishes.
We have over 4 rooms with different ambiances: wide halls, chill out lounges, cocktail bar, a broad terrace where you can see the view and exlcusive areas. Our experience can be tailored to accomodate many moments, from dinner parties to more relaxed times. We suggest ordering options like our sweet corn gnocchi with shrimp, spinach and tucupi sauce; premium cuts prepared in our parrilla; and a big range of side dishes.
Our restaurant also has a diverse cocktail menu; as well as a wine and sparkling wine cellar powered by Grand Cru, one of the main wine companies in Brazil.
